**Change Grow Live** are looking for a
**Communications Lead** to join our
**South West Prison Service.** Reporting to the Head of Services, you will support communication activity for Change Grow Live across the service, communicating updates and sharing good practice with service users, staff, and stakeholders through a variety of methods.

**Where**:Based at 1 of 10 prisons* with regular visits between sites and home working

**Hours**:37.5hrs per week

**Salary**: £31,529.41 - £34,700.09 per annum dependent on experience

**Responsibilities**:
**About the role**:

- Liaise with prison colleagues, commissioners and partner agencies to provide updates and share good practice
- Production of reports for Senior Management Team around communications and events
- Help to support the development and implement of a communications strategy that contributes to the objectives of the Change Grow Live service for South West Prisons
- Contribute to the management and maintenance of the Change Grow Live brand in South West Prisons including newsletters and events for stakeholders, service users and staff
- Drive campaigns around recruitment and volunteering within our services
- Support the senior leadership team to deliver important service updates across all 10 prisons via written, online (where appropriate) and in person communications
- Support the roll-out of national prison service campaigns
- Engage and support events to raise profile of the services and increase education of drug and alcohol recovery services to partners

**About you**:

- Excellent communication skills, being able to evidence ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with all clients/
- Effective analytical skills and report writing ability
- Demonstrable understanding of Change Grow Live values, culture and ethos
- Proven ability to effectively manage time whilst working to a variety of deadlines
- Understanding of Communications principles
- Ability to create high quality publications for a range of audiences
