Role Overview: The position involves overseeing the change and release management framework, crafting efficient methodologies for managing changes and releases, and leveraging appropriate tools for automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make informed decisions regarding all technical modifications in partnership with team members.
  • Coordinate release schedules and their interdependencies.
  • Take charge of the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and related services to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Compliance and Oversight: The role also encompasses supervising configuration management to guarantee adherence to standards, particularly in relation to changes, documenting and regulating modifications to assets, and managing service components to fulfill business requirements and performance objectives.

Championing Change: The ideal candidate will advocate for change management, consistently seeking enhancements and optimizations in processes while ensuring alignment with other operational practices.

Experience and Skills: A successful applicant will possess a solid background in a digital operations setting and demonstrate a keen interest in technology. Extensive experience in change management is essential, with the ability to develop and implement a comprehensive change management process.

Collaboration and Engagement: The role requires an individual who thrives in collaborative environments, actively engages in networking, and is receptive to feedback. You should be confident in contributing to team discussions, projects, and daily operations, positively impacting the continuous improvement of processes and team dynamics.

ITIL Framework Knowledge: A strong understanding and proven experience working within the ITIL framework is crucial.
