AAA Grease Guru provide commercial kitchens with Fat, Oil & Grease Management, surveying, installing, servicing, and providing an emergency call-out service to customers operating in the commercial, Industrial, hospitality, utilities and NHS.

We are looking for a talented **Operational Planning Lead** to join Grease Guru based in Leeds. We need someone who is excellent at managing and developing people as well as processes. Industry experience isn't essential, but we would like someone from a fast-paced field service background, where strong team & people management skills are essential.

**Main Responsibilities as Operational Planning Lead**
- Holding a lead role and driving performance and growth of both the field and office teams.
- Conducting regular team meetings.
- Key Account Management of clients, including KPI’s, Job Closures.
- Produce Daily Productivity figures for operational teams.
- Ensure optimal planning of works to operational teams.
- Ensure all completed jobs are closed and ready for invoicing.
- Streamlining and improving operational processes.
- Maintaining staffing levels and assisting with recruitment.
- On-going monitoring and assessment of the training needs within the team, developing and delivering appropriate training programmes.
- Assist with the onboarding process for all new starters.
- Report to Group Operations Manager

**Skills Required as Operational Planning Lead**
- Organised, determined and confident with a strong personality.
- You will have proven management and team leadership skills within a fast-paced operational role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb attention to detail and ability to follow and improve processes and procedures and be a forward thinker.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, with particular focus on excel.
- Confident in the production, analysis, and presentation of key management information to colleagues at all levels of the business
- Must be used to working in a commercially focused service or business solution environment.

28 Days Holiday, inclusive of Bank holidays, increasing with service after 3 years
