This is an exciting opportunity to join our Strategy & Insight team as a **Planning Delivery Lead** on a full-time, permanent basis.

**The role**:
You will support the Planning Delivery and Claims Business Partnering Manager to engage with key stakeholders and change projects across customer operations and claims. The primary aim is to enable us to stay informed about change impacts across all business areas. You will be dedicated to facilitating the delivery of these changes in a well governed manner, amplifying the scope and significance of planning across the array of areas under its scope.

You will report directly to the Strategy & Insights Manager.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Stakeholder engagement with key projects and claims operations partners through oversight of suitable change forums, to ensure all relevant team members can remain informed
- Responsible for daily planning, monitoring and delivery of the end-to-end projects, utilising suitable delivery methodology
- Build and maintain an organisational change framework to track and measure the impacts of change across all areas we plan for (including tracking specific actions/work items which support this)
- Communicate and provide visibility of the progress of change initiatives, escalating to the relevant stakeholders and providing evaluated recommendations for changes
- Understanding of the scope and potential influencers of each of the planning teams, knowing when to engage with each
- Run compliance to DLG policy framework and Minimum Standards such as Business Continuity, Records Management, Information and Security and Risk Assessment, with focus on Contingency Planning for all activity across Planning
- Evidence CONNECT embedment across the teams, creating a culture that leads and motivates our people providing development opportunities through role modelling and delegation
- Identify, own and handle the risks involved in running our business appropriate to the role, following the DLG risk framework

**What we're looking for**:

- Demonstrated ability to establish and oversee effective processes for managing changes
- Skill in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with changes and projects, ensuring successful outcomes
- Knowledge of the end-to-end planning cycle, enabling strategic alignment and efficient execution of plans
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement at all levels
- Experience delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving operational efficiency
