We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Project Delivery Lead to mobilise and implement projects that transform and strengthen our services across England and Scotland.

What you'll do: In this pivotal role, you'll take charge of mobilising and delivering projects that strengthen our services and create a lasting will:

Lead the Charge : Mobilise newly contracted services, ensuring they're delivered on time, and to the highest standards.

Drive Growth: Implement opportunities for organic growth and help turn partnership plans into thriving, successful services.

Connect the Dots: Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and working together seamlessly.

Solve Problems : Tackle challenges head-on with creativity, resilience, and a solutions-focused approach.

Keep Us on Track : Manage timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring every project is delivered with precision and care.

Who You Are

A Project Pro: Youve got experience in project delivery and mobilisation, preferably in a healthcare setting (but not essential). A Master Organiser: Your to-do lists have to-do lists, and you thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. A Clear Communicator: You can translate complex ideas into simple plans and ensure everyone is on the same page. A Natural Leader: Youre confident taking the reins, inspiring teams, and keeping everyone focused on success. Adaptable & Resilient: Youre ready to embrace change, adapt to new challenges, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

This is a Group wide role and travel is expected to all services across the Group. Your base will be Bank Top Farm, Black Hill Rd, Otley LS21 1PY,with regular travel to services.

Degree level qualification or equivalent relevant experience Project Management qualification (, PRINCE2 or similar)

Experience

Essential

Proven success in leading transformation projects within an NHS or similar environment. Expertise in project management tools and techniques

Desirable

Experience driving organisational change initiatives, including new services, partnerships, or growth opportunities.

Skills and Knowledge

Essential

Strong communication, relationship management, and leadership skills with a flexible, approachable style. Excellent time management, problem-solving, and analytical abilities, with keen attention to detail. Ability to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency.
