As part of your role as Senior Administrator you will be the responsible for a small administration team and ensure the day to day duties are carried out to the high standard expected. You will be faced with queries and be given the opportunity to utilise your problem-solving abilities on a daily basis. You will promote a positive and friendly service to the office and will understand the importance of being flexible to a changeable tasks depending on business needs. In addition, you will also work alongside the team, leading by example by greeting visitors, answering the phone and other ad hoc duties to ensure the smooth running of the office.
We know the value of our administration team and as part of this we provide a varied and busy role. No day is ever the same and therefore a self-motivated, flexible individual who is able to use their initiative will be well rewarded within this position. In terms of experience, we look for individuals who have worked in a similar role, ideally with prior managerial experience, or who can demonstrate the professional approach and organised style required to manage the team. Microsoft Office skills are a must. Working in the heart of the office, you will work with colleagues of all levels and be able to build relationships and feel like a key member of our family.
