Job Title: Sales trade counter

Hours: Full Time Mon-Fri

**Job Description**:
PestFix is a thriving public health and hygiene products supply business. Based out of Terminus Road, Chichester. You will become part of an established team that works with customers nationwide.

Tasks expected of you in this position:
Be the face of the trade counter - To serve sales & hires customers over the trade counter. To ensure orders for customers are processed promptly and accurately. To ensure complaints and issues raised by customers are quickly resolved

Drive sales targets through engagement of customers and guiding customers based on industry knowledge.

Provide outstanding customer service to trade and retail customer audiences.

Manage financial transactions and processes orders on the internal administrative software.

What we require for to you be considered:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

A willingness to learn and develop your product and industry knowledge.

A positive demeanour and engaging nature when interacting with customers.

Retail or sales experience involving processing transactions, generating invoices, working with customer data etc.

Excellent mathematical skills

Sales experience that includes working with margins, markups, sales trends, seasonality, promotions, incentives, etc.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
