We're searching for an exceptional individual to join our team, working directly with the CEO to propel our ambitious journey forward.

- Business Development & Sales: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and champion our cutting-edge solutions.
- Account Management: Foster robust client relationships, exceeding expectations and ensuring their unwavering satisfaction.
- Financing & Strategy: Contribute to securing funding and shaping the company's visionary roadmap.
- Operations & Product: Collaborate with engineering and operations teams, providing valuable insights into product design and functionality.
- Marketing & Communications: Partner with the marketing team to amplify brand awareness and generate leads.
- Process Optimisation: Develop and implement cutting-edge tools and dashboards to streamline operations and maximise efficiency as we scale.

You'll gain invaluable experience in diverse areas, learn from a visionary leader, and play a pivotal role in shaping our future.

**Requirements**:

- Strong technical and analytical skills, from either studying Computer Science or having worked in a technical or analytical role previously.
- Has a proven track record of high achievement, demonstrated in both academic and professional pursuits.
- Exudes passion and personable energy, fostering productive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Is a self-starter with a proactive approach and a passion for learning and growth.
- Thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working closely with diverse teams.

This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of remote work while requiring regular visits to our headquarters in Chichester to foster collaboration and build relationships with key teams. International travel for client meetings and industry events is also an integral part of this position.

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
