**Events Executive**

**12 Month Fixed Term Contract**

As an Events Executive is it important you have a confident and outgoing personality, willing to get stuck in and coordinate internal and external events. This role demands you to be able to manage multiple tasks at once, plan and help execute the events ensuring they all run smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the day-to-day organisation and administration of events, working with the Head of Events on budget control, liaising with internal departments, quote preparation and supplier liaison.
- Assist with the diary of events.
- Booking of travel and hotels.
- Venue searching, investigating venues suitability, and negotiating costs.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create event collateral including invitations, itineraries, merchandise, and on-site print materials.
- Responsible for ensuring stock levels of Event Promotional material are correctly maintained and sourced.
- Assistance and support on site at events including set-up and breakdown.
- Co-ordinate with Event agencies and event production and management.
- Manage, coordinate, and assist with internal marketing projects across the business.
