**What will you be doing?**

Your role will be to lead the technical compliance performance of one of our contracts through management and monitoring. This role will lead of team of auditors and be responsible for performance of works on one of our Clients contracts. You will act as a point of contact for Operational Management for elements around specification and compliance.

**What **will your key responsibilities be?**
- To lead and manage a team of Compliance Auditors to support their day to day duties.
- Act as a point of contact for technical queries around compliance and specification.
- Use key data to implement initiatives to improve performance.
- Support the development of tools and literature around compliance elements.

**What competencies are we looking for?**
- Proven, demonstrable experience in a similar role in the telecommunications industry, ideally gained working within or alongside Openreach.
- Working Knowledge of fixed and mobile infrastructure networks, including but not limited to: Optical Networks / Fibre to the cabinet (FTTC) and Fibre to The Premises (FTTP) / Radio telemetry solutions / 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G base station installations (Mobile Mast Installation) / Network decommission and recovery
