**What is the purpose of the role?**

The role of Supervisor plays an important role in providing a quality housing repairs service. It ensures effective work planning and allocation of jobs for our teams of operatives delivering housing repairs as well as quality checking and resolving of issues.

The role plays an integral part in ensuring the smooth running of operations which deliver essential housing repairs. This role is crucial to deliver a high quality and efficient repairs and maintenance service to our customers in accordance with contract and service standards to meet productivity and quality targets
