Electrical Supervisor

**We are looking to recruit an Electrical Supervisor to join a well-known public sector organisations that offers critical support to the community based in Bolton.
**Offering a permanent contract, amazing benefits such as great holiday entitlement, flexible working, health and wellbeing for all staff, basic salary of £32,623 to £37,890, full time hours Monday to Friday and a fantastic team environment where everyone pulls together.**

**What will you be doing as an Electrical Supervisor?**
- Using your great leadership skills to manage a great team of operatives and resources to meet the SLA’s of the organisation
- Planning and allocation of jobs
- Performing quality checks on the works
- Enjoy using your communication skills to liaise with customers with regards to site arrangements and dealing with any escalations or complaints
- Arrange and work to targets and priorities for planned electric services
- Undertake risk assessments and method studies
- Maintaining accurate records to comply with health and safety
- Using your organising ability to supply accurate management information relating to the operational and financial performance of the team
- Work with sub-contractors and other agencies
- Contribute to service improvements

**What skills and experience will you need as an Electrical Supervisor?**
- You have worked in Planning, Housing Repairs, Quality Assurance or Electrical Supervision roles
- Have a City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent qualification in Electrical Services
- Your extremely organised, have a great sense of humour and excellent customer service skills
- Are a problem solver with a proactive approach and used to working to SLA and contracts
