**What is the purpose of the role?**

The role of Supervisor plays an important role in providing a quality housing repairs service. It ensures effective work planning and allocation of jobs for our teams of operatives delivering housing repairs as well as quality checking and resolving of issues.

**Why is the role important?**

The role plays an integral part in ensuring the smooth running of operations which deliver essential housing repairs. This role is crucial to deliver a high quality and efficient repairs and maintenance service to our customers in accordance with contract and service standards to meet productivity and quality targets.
