Administrator - Birmingham
Salary £25,000 - £26,000 (depending on experience)
Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 working from home.
Our client is looking for an administration to join their vibrant, enthusiastic and friendly team in and office a 5 minute walk from New Street Station.
**General Admin Duties**:
- Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner
- Photocopying reports/drawings
- Scanning documents
- Arranging Catering for meetings
- Offer refreshments to visitors where appropriate
- Monitor, manage and order office supplies
- Booking meeting rooms
- Archiving
- Distribute Post
- Arrange Couriers
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets
- Keep reception area clean and neat
- Inputting Purchase Requisitions
- Raising new Project/Work Orders
- Inputting invoices onto Agresso
- Assist with general support to Marketing Team
We are seeking an individual who is a hardworking, pro-active Administrator with an upbeat and positive attitude, a practical individual who can prioritise tasks and have the ability to think on their feet and who is looking for an opportunity to have an impact in supporting the business from an Administrative perspective going forward.
You will need to demonstrate your achievements and have a proven ability to manage your workload within the team and pro-actively on your own, including for the supervision of others, as and when required.
You must be results driven and able to use initiative to develop effective solutions to your role and working activities, whilst having an active and dynamic approach to work and getting things done efficiently.
This is a varied role, and you must be willing to have a hands-on approach to manual tasks when required.
