Go 2 Gas Solutions Ltd are an emergency call out service working with insurance companies covering home emergency breakdowns. As we continue to grow, we are seeking some Claims Handlers to join our friendly team at our office in Milton Keynes.

In this role your main duties will include:

- Organising schedules and providing job information for our team of field-based Engineers
- Supporting the Service Manager by adhering to Service Level Agreements and meeting KPI’s
- Working proactively and collaboratively with colleagues to ensure service standards are always met
- Able to adapt to different portals and systems
- Experience using Job Logics ( preferred but not essential )
- General office administration duties

- Good at problem solving
- Knowledge of plumbing and heating ( preferred but not essential )
- Able to remain calm and composed in a high-pressure environment
- Good time management skills
- Strong Communicator
- Customer Service and administration experience
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and flexible
- Pro-active
- Deadline driven
- Good understanding of route planning
- Strong knowledge of postcode areas an advantage but not essential as training can be given

Hours of Work

Hours of work are 0800 - 1700, 0830 - 1730 or 0900 - 1800.

You will be required to work Saturday and Sunday every other weekend, and will receive a day off in lieu every week to compensate this.

Salary

£19,000 - £25,000 per annum (depending on experience and hours agreed)
