MBA are excited to be working with a best-in-class insurance company, assisting their search for a talented **FNOL Handler,** working between 9am - 5pm (Monday - Friday). The client is an industry heavyweight with a reputation for client centric claims management, technical innovation and leadership.
The **FNOL Handler** will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to the policyholder during their fist contact with the insurance company.
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Being the first point of contact to policy holders making an insurance claim
- Providing outstanding customer service and putting the customer at the centre of everything
- Building strong professional relationships with team members and other areas of the business
- Ensuring all information is documented correctly so the claim can be progressed.
- Dealing with calls relating to recoveries and accidental damage
**Skills & Requirements**:
- Insurance background would be highly beneficial as an **FNOL Handler**:
- Customer Service from a telephone based role is essential
- Team player with the passion for helping others
- Proactive, with the ability to work with initiative
- Able to work as part of a team to ensure client SLAs are met
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
