JOB DETAILS

Responsible for:
MAIN OBJECTIVES
- Act as an authorised signatory for Certificates of Analysis as required.
- Provide analytical support in the solving of technical problems that may be instrumental or methodology related.
- Assist with improvement of existing methods and development of new methods.
- Assist the Business Development team in advising customers on testing requirements.
- Assist with Technical investigation of customer queries and complaints and relevant root cause analysis.
- Assist with maintenance of UKAS accreditation requirements including creation and review of documents and records.
