Join LMC, a specialised higher education provider dedicated to delivering exceptional training in complex project delivery. We're expanding our offerings to include degree-level apprenticeships, Graduate, and Postgraduate courses, setting new standards for excellence in the field. As a Link Tutor, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting and monitoring apprentices' progress, ensuring successful learning outcomes.

**Position: Link Tutor**

**Location: London (Wimbledon) and Home**

**Hours: Part-time (3 days per week initially) with flexibility to extend**

**Salary: £30,000 per annum pro rata**

**About the Role**:
The Link Tutor is essential in providing academic support and fostering effective collaboration between the college, apprentices, and employers. Key responsibilities include:

- Providing academic guidance and support to apprentices, conducting progress reviews, and assisting in setting learning objectives.
- Collaborating with employers to ensure apprentices receive adequate on-the-job training and support.
- Monitoring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to curriculum development.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in educational/training environments, preferably with apprenticeship programs.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to various workplaces for site visits.
- Relevant experience and/or bachelor's degree.
