Storage Administrator

We are looking for a new member to join our Team. The position is based at our Wimborne Branch (BH21 3BT) you will be required to provide holiday cover to our Parkstone Branch (BH12 4NG). The role is very customer orientated. Customer service is of the utmost importance to us as a company.
A large part of this job is building and maintaining ongoing relationships with the customers. The successful applicant will need to have an excellent phone manner and the ability to listen and empathise with customers’ individual situations. There is an ongoing high level of customer interaction by phone and in person.
**Duties**:
- Processing customers invoices
- Processing payments
- Compiling end of month/year reports
- Inputting data
- Helping customers determine what services they require
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- **Cleaning **all areas (storage units, office, hallways toilets etc)
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent phone manner
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Must be PC literate / IT skills - MS Office, including Excel
- Basic typing skills
- Must have Full Driving Licence
Hours Monday to Friday 1pm - 5pm, alternate Saturdays 9am - 4pm
Example of holiday cover required at our other site
Monday To Friday 8am - 6pm Saturday 9am - 4pm, Sunday 10am - 2pm
