Farm Hand/labourer

General farm worker required on 250 acre holding, mainly grassland for haylage & hay production. The farm also runs a successful farm shop & café on the west of Banbury.
Varied work but the main roles would include:
- Tractor & telehandler driving
- Small forklift driving
- Safely load and unload materials & HGV,s
- Warehouse stock control & rotation
- Log splitting in the winter
- Farm machinery & estate maintenance
Permanent, full time position with overtime available. Weekend work will be required during harvest time. Driving licence essential and be physically fit.
Note: Prior experience working on a farm is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £10.42-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
