Senior Compliance Manager

Cobalt is working alongside a leading property brand in the residential sector as they are on the lookout for a Senior Compliance Manager as a result of sustained growth within the business. Our client boasts an inclusive working environment whilst beingcommitted to developing their staff to assist with their career progression within the company.
Within this role, you will be responsible for overseeing their portfolio in the North West, whilst line managing a small team of Compliance Analysts in their office in Manchester.
**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Regular site visits to assess compliance and monitor the working processes of onsite contractors/sub-contractors.
- Manage delivery and support of practical risk management procedures and processes.
- Conducting fire risk assessments.
- Promoting sustainability throughout the portfolio.
- Chairing meetings relating health and safety, asbestos, and legionella to ensure compliance.
