OneMedical Group are looking for good team players to join us here at **The Light Surgery** as a** Patient Navigator/Receptionist**.**

The post holder will facilitate and deliver a patient centric experience, supporting all other functions in delivering outstanding patient care, utilising a variety of platforms including front of house (reception), back office support functions and telephone services.
You will form part of our front of house team to provide patient focused telephone and administration services that assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professionals.

The Light Surgery is based in the heart of Leeds City Centre, and looks after a patient population from across the City.

With a practice population of 17,700 patients, we look to deliver the best patient outcomes and service, focused on promoting wellbeing, delivering planned personalised care, good patient continuity and access to the right care at the right time through innovation.

The Light Surgery is located within Leeds City Centre on the Balcony Level of The Light Centre, just off the Headrow, with excellent public transport links, as well as all the amenities a city centre can offer. There is a discounted parking rate offered at Q-Park.
