Your mission in this role is clear: to be the expert in handling internal client requests related to meetings and associated services. Your goal is to ensure that client requirements are not only met but exceeded while making the most efficient use of available space. Your dedication to precision and commitment to service excellence will be the driving force behind a seamless and highly effective reservation process for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To support the Contact services Manager in managing & maximising usage of client internal office space.
- To provide all client contacts with a level of consistency in ISS service standards.
- To ensure a high degree of client care is maintained by delivering solutions that enable the client to achieve their aims.
- To attain first-hand knowledge of all internal client spaces to tailor any requests.
- To have quarterly objectives meetings with your Team Leader and achieve the objectives set.
- To continually build relationships with key bookers.
- To build effective working relationships and maintain regular communication with key individuals from areas of the business.
- To adhere to the company’s standards and procedures in line with ISS.
- To promote a professional image to all clients.
- To attend team meetings when required.
