Site Administrator

Lovell London Region is operational in the London area, around the M25, and the home counties. The business is focused upon the construction of new build affordable housing and we are currently in the midst of substantial growth.
We are looking for a **Site Administrator** to join the busy site team at our new regeneration development in Woolwich.
Reporting to the Project Director, you will undertake a wide variety of on-site administrative responsibilities and document control to ensure the efficient and effective running of the development. Previous site administration experience would be an advantage, but is not essential. A willingness to learn, be able to take on daily challenges in a fast moving and dynamic environment, and be completely reliable and dependable, are more important.
You will need to demonstrate your organisational skills and demonstrate your verbal and written communication skills, as these are absolutely essential for this role. You will need to possess plenty of initiative, think on your feet and be proactive.
Educated to at least GCSE or equivalent, your IT skills will be to an intermediate standard in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook. A confident and outgoing disposition would serve you well in this role and the ability to work on your own and as part of a team are paramount.
You will be required to undertake the CSCS test to become a cardholder if you do not already possess one.
The site is located a 10-minute walk from Woolwich Dockyard Station (North Kent Line) and on bus routes 161, 177, 180, 380, 472, N1, plus there is on-site parking if required. This is a full time site based role (circa 39 hours/week), and we can be flexible to fit in around personal circumstances by arrangement.
