As our Commercial Administrator, you will play a vital role in maintaining customer contract terms and supporting various administrative tasks. Your high level of accuracy, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong organisational abilities will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

- Experience in working to deadlines, using initiative, and effectively prioritising workloads.
- Good interpersonal skills, enabling seamless teamwork and providing support with customer queries.
- Strong organisational and administration skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Computer literate with proficient knowledge of Excel and good familiarity with other Microsoft programs.

**Primary Tasks of The Commercial Administrator**:

- Maintain customer contract terms in accordance with business plan objectives and customer-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This includes handling Contract Additions, Deletions, Discontinued Items/Replacements, Updates, and Uploads.
- Assist in maintaining supplier product files and conduct analyses on the company's impact due to any changes in terms. Tasks will involve adding new products to the catalogue and updating details such as descriptions, costs, and RRP/Net Prices.
- Provide valuable support in reporting and administration for managed print solution contracts.
- Skilfully code new customer proposals to our product file, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Handle various purchasing administrative tasks, including Backorder Cancellation, Product Swaps, Rejected Orders, Proactive Backorder Replacements, Supplier Order Acknowledgements, and Backorder Due Date Reports.
- Generate reports, presentations, and recommendations for our esteemed customers.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
