**Responsibilities**:

- Constantly find and explore new ways to understand our customers and their needs at each stage of the buying process
- Use data and research to test and confirm insights
- Provide copy, direction and customer insights to Product, Customer Success and other team members
- Ensuring clear KPIs are established and adhered to for marketing programs and effectively tracking and reporting on the initiatives
- Do/coordinate videos for testimonials, case studies, and product updates
- Manage external contractors
- Developing brand-focused and product-focused marketing campaigns
- Taking the initiative to be creative and ambitious for all marketing campaigns
- Manage Social Media
- Collaborating with others to drive growth

**Education and Experience Requirements**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Solid knowledge of customer psychology
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the software industry
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
