Hotel Receptionist

**Overview**:
We are looking for a friendly, experienced hotelier to join our team at WA Hotel in Warwickshire on a part-time basis.
**General Duties**:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel.
- Check-in and check-out guests using the hotel's reservation system.
- Provide information about hotel facilities and services.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with reservations and bookings for hotel amenities such as restaurant bookings.
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
