Introduction
**You will be expected to speak to new and existing clients, in order to build relationships and bring in more business from the clients you speak to. This part of the role is crucial to the business, so we need people who are happy and willing to speak to new and existing clients.**
Ideal person
Key Skills;
- Excellent communicator, in verbal and written
- Organised
- Able to use your own initiative
- Be proactive in dealings with the planning team
- Able to multi task
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure all customer processes are followed for exports
- Support senior planners with requested activity, including, but not exhaustive, contacting drivers, subcontractors, communicating the plan to everyone involved
- Deliver plans and communicate any relevant issues to the relevant person
- Customer service
- Support planners with driver’s hours and timesheet management
- Promoting the business and calling new and existing clients for reloads, as this is an essential part of the role
Full training will be given when starting the role

- COMMERCIAL PLANNING: 2 years (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
