**My client are a leading fine art logistics provider looking for an experienced Bond Project Coordinator to join their busy team**

**Based in the Gateway team you will be responsible for coordinating transactions for all import and export movements and bond related stock and storage of artworks, other duties will include**:

- Working closley with gallery services, museum department, transport and storage teams to ensure a smooth transition with clients for transport and storage of artworks
- Coordinating import, export airfreight and roadfreight movements
- Producing customs entries using Descartes and ecustoms software
- Receive rates from airlines
- Creating AWB
- Liaising with customs to ensure shipments are cleared
- Raising and discharging T1's
- Organising and assist with airside operations
- Inputting data
- Liaising with transport

***Experience needed**:***
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proven experience in international shipping
- PC literate
- Experience using Ecustoms, chief and CDS systems
- Ideally fine art experience

***Working hours**:**

Monday - friday 0800am - 1700pm
