**The Role**
Fortem Solutions are looking to bring in a Branch Administrator to work on our Lambeth Housing contract, based in Lambeth and initially on a 6 month fixed-term contract. As a Branch Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring that high levels of administration support on a daily basis, providing support to core workstreams and coordinating the completion of key tasks that allow for the smooth operational running of the branch. The Branch Administrator completes general administration duties to a high and accurate standard, taking ownership of work and demonstrating great organization skills, to meet deadlines by prioritizing and forward planning work.
**The Project**
The Branch Administrators duties and responsibilities will include the following: - Maintain various spreadsheets and ensure all information is accurate and updated at all times - Some HR responsibilities by tracking out of hours on an excel spreadsheet of all daily overtime and standby for operatives, plus holiday and sickness, keeping your line manager aware of any outstanding or over extended leave - To support the Branch Support Manager with reporting and smooth running of the branch - Assisting with new staff inductions and/or completing termination forms for leavers - Ensure that all relative leave forms/ACF/RTW forms are completed and filed - To support other areas of the Operational team as and when required for cover - Providing support to other areas of the business as and when required - Procurement of uniform and stock - Attend various meetings as minute taker, ensuring minutes are accurate and typed up in a timely manner Most importantly, you will be joining a values based business with a true family ethos, with our people at the heart of everything that we do.
