Bid Coordinator

A specialist demolition contractor with a portfolio of strip-outs and demolitions are looking for a BID Coordinator to join their South London based team.

**The BID Co-ordinator's role**

The BID Coordinator will be expected to assist with the PQQS, Tenders and Proposals in the South London office. The BID Coordinator will ideally have experience in 3D Modelling already or have a strong interest in Architecture / hold a background in Architecture.The BID Coordinator should have a passion for bids and projects as they will also attend site visits alongside the pre-construction Director.

The BID Coordinator will report to the pre-construction Director and will work closely alongside the sales team whilst demonstrating the ability to work independently as well.

**The BID Co-ordinator**
- Previous experience with Bids
- Passion for the construction industry
- Able to work independently and a part of a team
- Hard-working with a desire for long-term progression
- Good communication skills
- IT literate
