**About the Role**:
Are you a passionate marketer with a love for pets? Pets at Home is on the lookout for a Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in supporting the marketing and in-store communication efforts for our Pet Care Centres.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in the coordination and support of our marketing initiatives, ensuring that projects stay on track and meet their deadlines. You will work across all pet categories to assist in the design, production, and management of best-in-class in-store marketing and campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Category Marketing Manager in the delivery of range change POS across our pet care centres.
- Manage and produce in-store materials for new product launches and innovations.
- Maintain marketing assets and data using Microsoft Excel.
- Foster close working relationships with other marketing and commercial teams to execute integrated category marketing campaigns and ensure the seamless flow of assets in project delivery.
- Assist the Pet Care Experience team with budget management by raising purchase order numbers (POs) and tracking spend.
- Provide necessary administrative support to the retail marketing team.
- Stay informed about competitor in-store marketing activities and print/POS innovations.
- Deliver excellent customer service to both our stores and support office colleagues, resolving issues promptly and accurately.
- Ensure that changes to in-store POS are communicated effectively to cross-functional teams.

**About You**:

- Marketing experience is essential, preferably within a Customer Marketing or In-Store Communication role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong written, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
- An enthusiastic "can-do" attitude and a genuine passion for pets.
- Exceptional attention to detail, along with the ability to prioritize effectively and work towards tight deadlines.
