Our client is seeking to appoint a Transactional Officer, reporting to the Financial Reporting Manager / Client Relationship Manager the purpose of this position is to carry out routine day-to-day processes that support the fund operations for a Real Assets fund services team under the direction of a Financial Reporting Manager / Client Relationship Manager.

This is junior position and a great opportunity for someone to get their foot in the door of a growing and ambitious business.

You will be responsible for inputting payments on various online banking platforms, updating investor records on eFront, Investment Café and Intralinks, assist with monthly investor reporting process, as well as assisting with bank reconciliation process including daily bank statement checks, payment release checks and monthly reconciliations. You will also be responsible for scanning and archiving, as well as undertaking routine office and clerical tasks.

In this role good computer literacy skills are essential - you will have intermediate skills in Excel, Word and other Microsoft suite of products, some technical financial services knowledge is desirable. You will need good accuracy and attention to detail, a good level of English communication, both written and spoken, with experience interacting in a professional manner, as well as being able to use your own initiative.
