**The Role**
Hibberts LLP are looking to expand our fantastic team of receptionists and have available a part-time, permanent opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join us at our busy Nantwich office.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Take and relay messages
- Greet persons entering the office
- Deal with queries from the public and customers
- Monitor staff movements in and out of the office
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining dairies both manually and electronically
- Organise conference and meeting room bookings
- Monitor and maintain office equipment
- Control inventory relevant to reception area
- Tidy and maintain the reception area
**Essential Skills**:
- Good communication
- Excellent telephone manner
- Experience using a switchboard
- Good organisational skills
- IT skills - proficient in Microsoft Office i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel
- Knowledge of customer services principles and practices
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Able to work as part of a team, as well as independently using own initiative

**Qualifications required**:GCSE or equivalent English and Maths at Grade C or 4 and above.
**Hours & Salary**:
- **Working Hours**: Tuesday to Friday, 8.45 - 5.00 (29 hours per week)
- **Holidays**: 26.5 days inclusive of bank holidays (FTE 33 days inclusive of bank holidays)
- **Annual Salary**: Competitive dependent on experience and qualifications
- **Location**: 25 Barker Street, Nantwich
