**Location: Bolton**
Working hours: 38.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: full-time, permanent

Your new role:
A key area of this role is to carry out day to day estates administration of our local authority client's land and property portfolio and associated transactions, in accordance with the client's policies, aims, and objectives.
**What you’ll do**:
- To assist in dealing with and managing internal and external estates enquiries, providing an efficient and responsive service.
- Supporting the upkeep and maintenance of the property database by managing all property related files.
- Obtaining and issuing of relevant quotes and other important information.
- Attendance and participation in key working groups and any other related working groups.
- Contribute to and assist in implementation of improvements to current working practices within the team that contribute to long term operational excellence and improvements in controls.
- Manage relationships with internal and external customers to include solicitors, third party consultants, to ensure accurate communication of information, transparency and understanding in respect of all processes, controls, and requirements to manage customer expectations.
**What you’ll need**:
- Experience working within a customer focused environment and have strong communication skills.
- IT proficient (Excel and Word)
- Ability to work as part of a team and self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
- Confident and organised with a ‘can do’ approach.
- Good written & verbal communication skills
