We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Logistics Scheduler to join our amazing team, located at the foothills of the glorious Ochils Hills in Blackford.

The role of the Customer Logistics Scheduler will work within a team of experienced Customer Logistics specialists. There will be an opportunity to work closely with the Company's Warehouse Teams, Supply Chain colleagues and external stakeholders. The Customer Logistics Scheduler will arrange the booking and associated administration of secondary transport from all warehouses and customers and be primary contact with the Company's hauliers to progress booked transport.

What will you be doing?
- Organise, distribute and control the forward planning of outbound traffic operations within the Customer Logistics Team
- Become super users in Transporeon system
- Support the Customer Logistics Team to record, measure and analyse costs
- Support the team to manage daily sales and streamline all associated administration processes

What skills do we ask for?:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Logistics department, working with logistics carriers, skilled in the implementation of efficient secondary traffic activities and daily operations
- Computer literate with intermediate experience of Microsoft Packages
- Experience in reconciling high value numerical data is essential
- You have the ability to work unsupervised
- High work ethic essential to a continuous improvement culture
- Adhere to Health & Safety procedures
- You are self-motivated and a driven team player
- Ability to work under direction and autonomously
- You have a proactive approach to problems
- You are dedicated to continuous self-development and training

**All staff are responsible for ensuring that Food Safety, Quality and Integrity for all products produced is maintained.**

Working hours will be 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,761.41 per year
