**We are looking to recruit a Food and Beverage Assistant for our bar & restaurant to provide day-to-day table service to customers.**

**The Role**:

- Welcome and greet all guests and visitors to the bar or restaurant.
- Assist in the setup of the dining room, ensuring all tables and back of house areas are prepared.
- Provide service of breakfast, lunch and dinner, allocating guests to their tables, offering menus, taking orders, serving food and drinks and clearing tables.
- Deliver consistent, exceptional service in line with hotel standards and procedures
- Answer guest menus queries, and offer guidance and recommendations
- Carry out any additional duties as requested by management.
- The ability to work flexible times including weekends.
- The ability to plan and prioritise tasks.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- An eye for detail.
- Good communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part time. Permanent

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour
