Concierge

Responsibilities include:

- Grass cutting and general garden maintenance of common areas
- Drain clearance of road gullies and picking up litter from common reas
- Refuse collection from individual homes to local authority pick up point
- Arranging external tradesmen at owner's request and coordinating meeting of tradesmen and owners
- Carrying out ad hoc duties at owner's request, acting as contact person when security alarms activated.
- Coordinating works to be carried out with local infrastructure companies on common areas
- Carrying out other duties as advised by employer or factor.
