**The job**

**This new entry level role is perfect for a Graduate looking to step into the B2B events industry and pursue a career in sales or marketing. The VIP Guesting & Start-Ups Manager reports to the Event Project Director. Within this role, you will take responsibilityfor developing the audience of the event by promoting complimentary VIP passes to individually selected business professionals. A large part of the role will be securing start-up companies to exhibit at the event, you will be responsible for identifying, researchingand securing relevant & exciting start-up businesses who would benefit from exhibiting at the event.**

**There will be data and business lead's available for you to develop, however, this role would suit an inquisitive person who uses their initiative and source many of their VIPS & Start-ups through networking, internet research and collaboration withsales, marketing & production.**

**The person**

**To be considered for this position you will be**:
** A graduate with a 2:1 or a 1st degree**
** Be organised and have really good time management skills**
** Be a collaborative and positive team player**
** Have creative and innovative business ideas**
** As you will be working on a big event you need resilience, commitment, motivation and determination to keep going**
** Be capable of working to deadlines and targets**
