Do you have a deep passion for the beauty industry with experience?

Our luxury skincare brand is searching for an experienced Key Account Manager to look after two of their prestigious clients. Harrods and Liberty, amongst other retailers. Experience is essential.

You will be setting and achieving agreed sales targets and working closely with the planning team to set wholesale targets. As a manager you will not only directly manage retailer relationships, but also oversee the broader sales team.

You are responsible for setting retail and wholesale budgets in partnership with the planning team and CCO. One of the key objectives will be to monitor and forecast retail and wholesale performance, adjusting plans as necessary to maximise performance.

Coach and develop direct reports with personal and professional development, identifying talent and capabilities.

Ensuring that the best practices are in place with high energy and communicative skills.

You will need to achieve target, form strong relationships with luxury buyers in the UK and monitor KPIs, administer supply discounts and returns, and work alongside all the teams with reporting.

You will also be required to have an excellent customer service approach and focus on sell-through to drive sell-in. Stock location is important and be able to develop strategies and work. Oversee new retail store openings, manage budgets and events, negotiate agreements, and lead accounts projects.

Liaison and communication is a huge part of this role, immaculate presentation and fantastic interpersonal skills

Are you entrepreneurial with solid retail experience and thoroughly enjoy the glamorous beauty world. Either fragrance, beauty or wellbeing are absolutely essential.

Excel and PowerPoint expertise required, with great organisational and attention to detail skills.

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
