Installation Administrator

Bedford

Full Time - 8:30 - 17:00 Monday - Friday

Salary - £23,000 - £28,000 pa DOE

Our client is looking for an Installation Administrator to support the management of the on-site activities including customer liaison, internal system updates, organising directly and indirectly employed contractors, arranging surveys, installations, maintenance and on-site meetings with customers.

Main Duties:

- Speaking with customers and arranging on-site installations for the team and its sub-contractors.
- Speaking with customers and sorting warranty call outs and addressing on site issues/outstanding works.
- Monitoring the movements of the installation team and keeping site installation diary of planned installs accurate.
- Preparing installation packs hard and soft copies.
- Detailing to the installation manager, sales team, and QS if delays/costs/changes have occurred on site.
- Working with both the Production Manager and Contracts Manager to ensure the efficient running of the contract from both the customers viewpoint.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent IT skills on MS Office especially Excel and Outlook.
- Proven ability to use bespoke IT packages e.g. Sage.
- Good at verbal communication on phone and face to face.
- Prior to starting work due to the security level you will be required to complete Disclosure Scotland Standard Vetting. It will also be part of your role to obtain SC clearance. These points will be discussed at your interview.
