We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ICT Procurement Officer to join our team. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services. If you have a strong background in supply chain management and excellent negotiation skills, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and efficiency
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing and terms
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements
- Manage the purchase order process from creation to receipt of goods or services
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns that arise
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier information
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, ICT, business administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, systems, and best practices
- Proficient in using procurement software/systems (e.g., Oracle EBS)
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable pricing and terms
- Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
