**1st/2nd Line IT Field Support Engineer**

**Salary**:£26,000-£30,000 p/a DOE

**Job Type**:Full Time/Permanent, Monday to Friday - 8:30 to 17:30

**Location**:Covering the Southwest London area (Head office in Chessington)

My client specialises in IT services in schools and have done since 2006. They now also cater to corporates, SMEs, healthcare, and individuals. **Your day-to-day activities**:

- Cover between 5 to 10 schools in the Southwest London area
- Responsible for the day to day running of the schools ICT systems
- Monitor the efficiency of networks
- Maintain all ICT facilities in accordance with the clients’ specific requirements
- Inform management of supplies & product requests from clients
- Keep an up-to-date inventory of all hardware & software at client sites
- Install software & maintain anti-virus software across the network
- Complete installations of new PCs

**Requirements**:

- Full UK Driver’s License with access to a reliable vehicle (mileage is paid)

**Desirable**:

- Worked within an educational environment
- Experience in 1st/2nd Line IT Support
- Valid enhanced DBS clearance (not essential)
