**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Covering and Assisting Sessions across all aspects of the business.**:

- Lead and support football sessions as part of our football development programme.

- Assist lead coaches during training sessions, providing support and feedback to players.
- Participate in the planning and delivery of multi-sport camps.
- Ensure a safe and fun environment for all participants.
- Adapt coaching techniques to suit different sports and age groups.
- Work with young children in nursery sessions, introducing them to basic sports skills and activities.
- Encourage a love for sports and physical activity from an early age.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of attendance and player development.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of equipment and facilities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in coaching football, preferably with children and young people.
- Relevant coaching qualifications (e.g., FA Level 1 or 2) are highly desirable.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
