**What You Need to Know**

**We are looking for a Proposals Coordinator to join our busy and experienced Commercial Team, based in any of our facilities within Aberdeen or Westhill**

As a part of our Proposals Team, you will contribute in business operations and participate in the daily proposals activities, ensuring that Proposal Engineers are supported in the administrative tasks associated with their proposals ensuring that the issued proposals are of a high professional standard and submitted within given deadlines.

**Some of the Key Accountabilities** (includes, but not limited to the following)
- Enter enquiries onto the Proserv ERP system and associated documents and prepare the bid folder on the network (download documents from website-based enquiries).
- Manage legal review of bid documents to include issue of documentation to legal, preparation of legal response for inclusion into proposal and interface between Proposals Engineer, Customer, and legal department during negotiations.
- Manage processing of live quotations
- Perform ad-hoc analysis of historic and ongoing proposals. Prepare and run reports as required.
- Interface with other departments for necessary information to be included in the bid.
- Enter systems orders onto the ERP system.
- Assist the Sales department with the following:

- Update/maintain FPAL/Achilles profile online on an annual basis.
- Update/maintain Customer databases - online registration.
- Support proposals engineers, promptly responding to all administrative and co-ordination queries.

**Qualifications**

**Education**

Required
- Good academic background.

Preferred
- Further/Higher Education or a business administration qualification.

**Experience**

Essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages such as Excel and Word.
- Ability to communicate efficiently, both written and verbally,
- Show an ability to work both independently and in teams.
- Demonstrate good attention to details and accuracy.

Preferred
- Knowledge of industrial bidding processes
- Previous experience in similar role
