Our client is a well established Housing Maintenance contractor who operates across Scotland and has a head office in Livingston, where this position is based. They are seeking a temporary Helpdesk Operator to help liaise with colleagues and Tenants to help ensure the day-to-day co-ordination of maintenance activities.

You will speak with Tenants on a daily basis, taking details from them, and then liaise with Maintenance Staff and Contractors to help resolve maintenance problems, issue work orders and meet expectations of the Tenants and clients

You will also involve yourself with administrative tasks such as update databases, job records, and work closely with colleagues in different departments.
