Facilities / Operations Manager - Commercial Building
We are proud to be working with one of the largest commercial real estates services and investment firms in the world.
This FTSE500 company is looking for a Facilities / Operations Manager to work at a commercial building in York - you will provide leadership, management and development of the this particular client's contract, ensure operational commitments are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- To ensure all PPM, Statutory and reactive tasks are issued to the engineers and completed in the required delivery to Contract KPI & SLA.
- Be accountable for the day to day running of the contract, manage material and comprehensive spends, deliver extra works and projects in line with the annual contract plan.
- Provide regular updates to the Contract Manager on all PPM, reactive & Subcontractor works.
- Act as point of contact for nominated Subcontractors.
- Ensure appropriate control systems are in place to ensure statutory, policy and contractual commitments are met.
- To ensure timely planning & delivery of site maintenance, re-lamping and other long term contractually committed works to meet contract programmes.
- To ensure all Statutory Compliance with and record keeping for ISO: 9002 & ISO: 14001 Quality Management System: 18001
