An adaptable, hardworking, and professional Purchasing Administrator required with immediate effect for an Engineering client based in the NG16 area.
Duties
Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
Raise Purchase Orders in line with ERP requirements
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
Key skills
Good understanding of supply chain procedures
Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
Strong MS Office knowledge
Well organised
Tenacity and initiative
The ability to take the initiative and the confidence to work independently.
Salary £23- £25k dependant on experience
