A business in Nottingham is on the lookout for a Purchasing Administrator to join the business in supporting the Purchasing & Production teams. You’ll be ensuring all components, products and services are available to maintain workflow.
Day to day this will include:
- Managing purchase orders to ensure timely delivery
- Update MRP system and monitor sub-contracted items
- Liaising with suppliers to reduce and minimise any issues
Strong communication skills are vital as you’ll be liaising with various teams including Production, Engineering and Finance.
MRP experience is also very important. You’ll be keeping this system up to date and providing real-time updates to the wider teams.
