Commercial Support Administrator

To provide assistance to the Operations Director with procurement and sales of white fish.
**Key Areas of Responsibility**:
- Input orders onto ERP system, collecting delivery notes
- Communicate with customers and confirm orders
- Complete export paperwork
- Calculate pallet counts for transport provider, book transport and update factory
- Create and amend PLU’s, populate on technical spreadsheet and sharing with the factory, printing labels where necessary
- Deal with label queries from customers
- Assist finance team where necessary i.e. sales invoice queries
- Create catch certificates where necessary
- Create supplier declarations to distribute along with support attestations
- Deal with missing label queries
- Complete Trader Support Documentations
Communication
- Liaise with management/sales/production team on a regular basis as necessary
- Deal with telephone calls and where appropriate deal with the enquiry
- Attend any meetings required and report departmental issues if required
- Compile any reports/analyze data for Directors if required
Miscellaneous
- Ensure that the standard of housekeeping in the working area is high and the working area is safe
- Comply with Health and Safety requirements
- Participate in any development and training programs put in place in line with attaining company goals and aims.
